WSS manufacture high quality wear liners utilising high density Saint-Gobain ceramics sourced from the USA. Liner kits are custom manufactured to meet the demands of the intended application and can be modified to provide an optimum performance under a variety of environmental factors.

WSS IMPACT LINER 92 combines the superior wear characteristics of a 92% alumina ceramic with the high tensile/elongation properties of our custom-made Polyurethane matrix.

WSS IMPACT LINER 95 uses a high density 95% Alumina ceramic tile to provide the higher abrasive resistance over the standard 92% alumina ceramic liners.

WSS IMPACT LINER ZTA is the ultimate in abrasive wear and impact resistance, adding zirconia to the high-density alumina ceramic tiles to increase wear properties greatly.

This system has been designed with the most demanding applications in mind, providing a solution to numerous problem areas where standard ceramic materials would previously not be recommended.
